One would complain about the American Indian jokes even though they're not as mean-spirited. The rest is pretty solid.

A Capsule of its Time
Tex Avery starts out with a tired 7/8th hat-size joke, and then moves into some war humour. We get a ship made by Henry J. Kaiser, 'C' Card, an "Is This Trip Really Necessary Sign", a man whose crying because of his 1-A draft rating and so on.
He also brings out some of his stock situations, including a Droopy-like voice, characters who stop for someone who is a running gag that turns into a surprise ending, a "corny gag" sign, and so on.
And, sure, there are other gags that became cliches, but Avery's fast pace and the fine animation by his unit work together to create an entertaining cartoon that would be stale in the hands of someone else.
It's a shame this is digitalised from a worn print; it's difficult reading the captions at times.
